Service provided to the customer will be of high goals, standards and safety to the customer and employees.
Years experience in the Petro – Chemical and High Pressure Gas fields give The Valve Crew Engineering a sound Engineering Knowledge to be able to give the customer a complete service of quality and good workmanship and back up.
The Valve Crew was established to supply a specialized service in the following:
- General mining supplies
- Reconditioning of Safety Valves – includes the setting and the certification of Safety Valves. (Witnessed by a third party inspection authority of the customers choice.)
- Reconditioning of Isolation Valves – All types and makes of isolation valves (Gate valves, Parallel slide valves, Knife gate valves, Ball valves, Globe valves, that is in use on steam, water, chemical and Gas Plants)
- We also do general plant maintenance in shutdowns and brake downs.
- Hydro and Gas pressure testing on all pressure vessels.
- General plant maintenance, repair and installations.
- Basic fabrication.
- Installation of Gas and Steam Pipe work (a-Class welders and boilermakers.)
- A-class plate welders for any specialized welding jobs.
Comprehensive Pressure Test Certification is done and all records kept. This service is provided and supplied nation wide and worldwide.
